Announcement on the official release of the list of listed companies in the innovation layer in 2018

According to the "Measures for the Hierarchical Management of Listed Companies in the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures for Hierarchical Management"), combined with the handling of objections after the initial screening list was announced, the National Equities Exchanged Corporation has completed the screening of innovative-tier listed companies . The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. According to the verification of the objection of the listed company, 16 listed companies including Hebei Hejia Pharmaceutical Technology Group Co., Ltd. have met the requirements of the "Lateral Management Measures" and adjusted to the innovation level.

2. Four listed companies, including DianDianke Information Technology Co., Ltd., did not meet the innovation level maintenance standards or applied for voluntary abandonment of entry into the innovation level, and they were removed from the list of innovation level companies in accordance with the "Lateral Management Measures".

3. A total of 940 listed companies that meet the standards of the innovation layer (see the attachment for the detailed list).

Since May 28, 2018, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations have adjusted the levels of listed companies, and separately disclosed the securities transfer market and information disclosure documents of the innovative and basic-level listed companies. The sponsoring brokerages, information providers and other market participants are requested to attach great importance to them. In case of important situations, they should report to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
