Announcement on the official release of the 2017 list of listed companies in the innovation layer

According to the "Measures for the Tiered Management of Listed Companies in the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Layered Management Measures"), combined with the handling of objections after the preliminary screening list was announced, the National Equity Transfer Company has completed the innovation-level listed company Screening work. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. There are 1,393 listed companies that meet the standards of the innovation layer (see the attachment for the detailed list).

2. According to the verification of the objection of the listed company, 69 listed companies including Beijing Wojie Culture Media Co., Ltd. have met the requirements of the "Lateral Management Measures" and adjusted to the innovation level.

3. After the initial screening list of the innovation layer was announced, the listed company Yiming Software Co., Ltd. applied for voluntary abandonment of entering the innovation layer, and adjusted it to the innovation layer according to the "Layered Management Measures".

4. Changzhou Sixth Element Material Technology Co., Ltd., Donghai Securities Co., Ltd., Guoyi Tendering Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Dahan Santong Communication Co., Ltd. were subject to administrative supervision by the dispatched agency of the China Securities Regulatory Commission due to the listing of the company or the actual controller Measures, in accordance with the provisions of the "Layered Management Measures", adjust them to the innovation level.

Since May 31, 2017, the National Equity Exchange System has adjusted the levels of listed companies, and separately disclosed the securities transfer market and information disclosure documents of the innovative and basic listed companies. The main market participants such as brokerage brokers and information providers are requested to attach great importance to them and report to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations in a timely manner when encountering important situations.
